Welcome! My name is Eric Reiser and I am an attorney with LoFaro & Reiser, LLP. I am excited to announce the launch of my microsite njbusinesslitigator.com, where I will be blogging and providing other content about complex commercial litigation, business divorces, chancery court litigation and related topics.
A little about my background, I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2007 and graduated from Rutgers School of Law in Newark in 2010. After law school, I clerked for the Hon. Margaret M. McVeigh, P.J.Ch. (Ret.) in the Passaic County Chancery Division and then an additional year for the Hon. Michael B. Kaplan, U.S.B.J. in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey. Following my judicial clerkships, I worked as an associate attorney for Saiber, LLC in the Creditor/Debtor’s Rights and Litigation Groups. In 2014, I joined LoFaro & Reiser, LLP and currently work in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Estate Litigation departments.
As noted on the home page, my varied litigation and transactional experience includes a concentration in complex commercial litigation, business divorces and Chancery litigation. In 2016, I was recognized as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by New Jersey Super Lawyers, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys in New Jersey. I have also been the recipient of several judicial appointments, most recently as court appointed counsel and guardian ad litem for mentally incapacitated individuals.
