I am proud to announce that on December 23, 2016, the City of Paterson Board of Adjustment passed a Memorializing Resolution approving my client’s C(2) parking variance and site plan application that was granted on October 13, 2016.
My client, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, purchased a vacant lot in Paterson to construct a supportive and special needs housing project but required a bulk variance to allow for parking in the front yard set back of the property. On October 13, 2016, the Paterson Board of Adjustment voted unanimously to approve my client’s C(2) variance application and site plan.
This is a great result for our client and an even better outcome for the residents of Passaic County who will benefit from this communal housing project.
